Become a EuroBonus member

EuroBonus membership is free of charge and is open to individuals 18 years of age and older. You can pick up a membership Application Form on board of airBaltic flights and at airBaltic and SAS ticket offices or, easier and faster, Join online.

• you will start earning points immediately while your application is being processed;
• you will receive your personal four-digit Security Code after a few days;
• you will receive your permanent EuroBonus card shortly after the Security Code*.

Remember that you need your Security Code:

• when you contact EuroBonus Member Service;
• when you create a user profile on the EuroBonus page.

Check your point balance at any time

This is available to you when you log in to your user profile. Here you are able:

• to see your account activities such as flights, car rentals and hotel stays*;
• check your membership level status;
• see how many points you have earned and redeemed; 
• check when your points are expiring;
• request new card;
• request new Security Code.

*Point balance statement for Basic members is available online and 4 times a year via e-mail only

To ensure that you receive your points, always quote your* membership number

• when you book your flight, car, and hotel;
• when you check-in flight or hotel;
• when you pick up your rental car.

*The name on EuroBonus card should be identical as on the ticket
