airBaltic will continuously work on improvement of accessibility of air travel to people with reduced mobility with respectful understanding and provision of the needs of such passengers. This information is aimed at passengers who are traveling, or are planning to travel, with airBaltic and have special needs due to a physical disability or medical condition. The following guidelines are intended to welcome our physically challenged passengers to the care, comfort and safety of airBaltic service, to assist you in planning your flight with us and to help us provide the care and service that will make your flight as comfortable and safe as possible. On flights operated by airBaltic*, all special care services are available as listed in this booklet. On flights operated by airBaltic partners, depending on the policy of each partner and the size of the aircraft, services normally provided by airBaltic may not be available on flights to certain destinations. Please check with your travel agent or directly with airBaltic reservations to see if all your needs can be accommodated when traveling on an airBaltic partner-operated flight with an airBaltic flight number. *airBaltic operates Fokker 50, Boeing 737-500, Boeing 737-300 and Boeing 757-200 aircrafts.
