Pets (dogs, cats, pet birds and rabbits) may be transported in the salon (we do not allow transportation of reptiles and rodents in the salon) only in liquid-proof boxes and bags designated specially for this purpose (Sherpa bags), which must be provided by the passenger himself/herself and in which the pet must be kept during the whole flight. Each passenger may take with him/her only one box or bag. The overall dimensions of a box may not exceed 50x40x23 cm and the weight of a box may not exceed 8 kg. Pet must fit comfortable in this box or bag. If agent see pet not fitting comfortable, check in might be denied. Pets are not subjected to the Free Baggage Allowance. A charge according to the baggage transportation rules is payable for transportation of pets. The passenger himself/herself must obtain all and any documents required for transportation of pets. | |

Information about pet must be provided when booking ticket. If booking ticket on the Internet, please call to reservations phone 90006006 (within Latvia only at LVL 0.59 per call), +370 5 2356000 (Vilnius, Lithuania) and inform about pet. This information is important for airline as there are restrictions to be followed. Only certain amount of pets are allowed on each flight. If amount of pets exceeds quota on particular flight airline can refuse to carry it. Please inform airline in advance!
