airBaltic gift vouchers can be purchased in airBaltic/SAS ticket offices in Riga and Vilnius. Vouchers can be purchased for any amount in lats (whole numbers only – no centimes), starting from LVL 10, or in litas, starting from LTL 50. The amount paid by the purchaser must be shown on the voucher (numbers and printed text). Redemption: The holder of the voucher can exchange it for a ticket or tickets in airBaltic/SAS ticket offices in Riga. Vouchers are valid for exchange towards the cost of airBaltic direct flights (including associated taxes) and are non-refundable. A voucher can only be used as a form of payment once, for a single reservation, and is then voided. Any excess amount remaining unspent on the voucher at the time of its redemption cannot be collected in cash, MPD or other airBaltic services or maintained for later use. The passenger may pay an additional amount to purchase a more expensive trip. Vouchers cannot be used for products other than flights (e.g. souvenirs, car hire, travel insurance, services on board etc.). Service fees are not applicable for tickets issued against vouchers. Special Internet offers/discounts are not available using voucher payment. Voucher validity is 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended under any circumstances. Any changes to an existing reservation paid for partly or wholly by voucher will comply with the standard airBaltic rules and charges according to the chosen booking class. All disputes that may arise shall be solved in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Latvia. Please note!
