Local SAS staff will continue to work for joint airBaltic/SAS organization and together with their new colleagues will ensure high-quality service to airBaltic/SAS customers. Most of the airline’s local staff has begun working for airBaltic, and they are continuing to offer airBaltic’s customers the same high-quality service. The new organization will be responsible for commercial activities geared towards tourism agencies, corporate clients, groups and individual passengers. airBaltic will also be taking care of SAS marketing communications in Lithuania and will operate a helpdesk and support service for travel agencies and customers. |
