Internet Ticket Sales

On-line ticket sales for airBaltic flights have been available via the internet for the past year and a half. This method of ticket acquisition has become increasingly popular, with around 24% of all airBaltic flight tickets being bought via the airBaltic website.

Purchasing tickets by this method is convenient, fast, secure and, best of all, cheap. Buying tickets via the airBaltic website cuts out the ticket agent’s fee, because customers select their flight and make their reservation themselves, and purchase their tickets electronically using a debit or credit card. Right now we accept VISA, MasterCard, VISA Virtual credit cards and VISA Electron debit cards. In the very near future customers will also be able to pay with Maestro debit cards.

Some people are hesitant about buying tickets on the world wide web because they may not feel sure that their transaction has been successful. This needn't be a concern when you purchase airBaltic tickets on the web: when your transaction has been completed you'll see a confirmation number on your screen, and the same number will be sent to the e-mail address you've provided, or you can choose to receive an SMS message on your mobile phone confirming the purchase.
