The airBaltic online booking engine is the best way to get the best price for the best flight for you.

Here are a few hints to help you maximise the benefits:

If price is more important than date for you, try a +/- 1-3 days search. This displays the flight price options for a full week.

It is sometimes cheaper to buy two one-way tickets than one round-trip ticket. Occasionally, a special fare may be available on one flight, but as special offers can’t be combined with other fares, it will not appear on the round-trip option.

If you are buying an economy-class ticket on an airBaltic direct flight and aren’t sure about your travel dates, keep your options open by buying a flight date/time change warrant.

Read all the conditions of on-line purchase carefully. The tick you put in each box is like a signature, so you have to be sure you know what you are signing. You can always get help through our Internet support line in English, Russian, Latvian and Lithuanian.

Provide the passenger’s name and surname using Latin characters only. If the passenger is a EuroBonus member, you can also give the EuroBonus card number. Please verify that the passenger’s details correspond to those printed on the card.

Provide the passenger’s “last-minute” phone number only. This number will be used to inform the passenger of any flight date/time changes.

Please always double-check the e-mail address provided. This will be used to send you your booking confirmation.

If you pay for your booking with a credit card which doesn’t belong to the passenger, you will be asked to enter the credit card holder’s phone number. Please verify this number, because we may contact the cardholder for confirmation.

When entering credit card details, please verify that all data are correct. The cardholder’s name should be entered using Latin characters only and the card number should be entered without spaces. You can get advice on how to enter your credit card data by clicking on the question marks next to each data field.
