August/September 2006

Editorial
During the first six months of 2006, airBaltic transported a total of 634 000 passengers, which is 44% more than last year. We have experienced high growth on our existing routes, but have also increased our passenger numbers, because of new routes opened in spring. Of course, we are still a small regional airline, but the growth over the last three years has been quite amazing. During the first six months of 2003, airBaltic only transported 150 000 passengers, an increase of over 400% in only three years.
