AirBaltic becomes the official airline of Lithuanian band „Skamp“

This September airBaltic signed a cooperation agreement with “Skamp” - one of the most respected and popular live bands in Lithuania and the Baltics. From now on, Skamp will participate in airBaltic advertising and promotion projects in Lithuania and abroad. At the same time, airBaltic will help Skamp reach their concert venues throughout Europe.

“I'm extremely confident that our cooperation with Skamp will be as successful as the relationship we already have with (Latvia's top band) Brainstorm,” airBaltic Executive Vice President and General Manager in Lithuania Tadas Vizgirda said. “Working with such a talented group of musicians will be exciting for all of us.”

Skamp is a well-known band not only in Lithuania, but also abroad - they participated in the Eurovision Song Contest in 2001, and are regular performers at music festivals around the world. Over the past 8 years they have recorded 6 albums, with total sales of over 80,000. Skamp have also won a long list of music awards since the band was founded in 1998.
