The new system keeps the same design as the previous version but with added user-friendly features. Cities are now grouped by country giving passengers additional geographical information and making the choice of destination easier.

It is also possible to combine our Internet offers with other fares (even Business class!), which makes all airBaltic direct flights combinable with flights via connecting points like Copenhagen, Stockholm and so on.

On the right-hand side of the flight selection page your choice is always visible. And on the flight review page we display the basic fare rules for the  flights selected.

After your payment card data input and successful booking you will get a confirmation email with a receipt in pdf format attached. This receipt is for information purposes only. You don't have to pay it. But if you travel on business and have provided your company details when booking the ticket, please feel free to use this receipt for accountancy purposes.

The new Internet booking system has been delivered by the German company 2e Systems GmbH and is completely reliable and secure. Other new online services, such as an Internet booking system for airBaltic's corporate customers and the possibility to pay for additional and special baggage, will be available very soon.
