To order items from our shop, you must first add them in your shopping list from the on-line catalogue. Indicate the number of units of each item you are interested in, confirming changes by clicking on button . If you change your mind about an item, remove it by clicking on button . When you have completed your shopping, go to the order payment form by clicking on button PURCHASE. Fill out all the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the order payment form. We require this information so that we can draw up the goods delivery documentation and get your items to where you want them. Please note that the information you submit to our shop is covered by the same data protection provisions which apply to the entire website. While completing the order process, please note the total cost of your order. Note also that if you choose to have your items delivered by mail, there will be an additional charge for delivery. Our shop administrator will review your request. You will receive an mail with information about your order (please re-check that your order is correct), a link to the order payment form and a link to an order cancellation option. Please remember that your order must be paid for within 7 days. After 7 days, the link to the order payment form will no longer function and you will have to return to our on-line catalogue and place a new order. We have introduced this system because souvenir marketing is not our core business and we are unable to maintain a large warehouse for these items. |
