When payment has been received for your items, our shop administrator will immediately package your order and:

• send the items by mail
  Please remember that postal delivery can take from one to two weeks, depending on the delivery address you have indicated.
  
  OR
  
• forward them to the airBaltic ticket office at Riga Airport where you can pick them up, during airBaltic ticket office opening hours, on presenting a document confirming your identity.
  
  PURCHASED ITEM/-S YOU CAN OBTAIN AT AIRBALTIC TICKET OFFICE IN RIGA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, IN NEXT WORKING DAY FROM 16:00 - 18:00.
