Additional flights to Liepaja

Taking into account the excellent results and passenger demand on its new domestic Riga–Liepaja route, airBaltic has decided to fly between the two Latvian cities in winter too. It will also add two additional frequencies at the weekends.

This means that people flying from Western Latvia and Western Lithuania will now easily be able to fly daily to Riga. Flights operate twice a day on working days and once a day on Saturdays and Sundays. The further frequencies give passengers excellent connection possibilities from Riga to more than 40 different destinations in airBaltic’s route network.

Crucially, the one-way ticket price for flights between Latvia’s western coastal city and the capital start at just EUR 2 (taxes included). Flights from Liepaja with a connection in Riga to further European cities start from EUR 21 (taxes included).

The two international routes from Liepaja to Copenhagen and Hamburg, launched this summer, will also be prolonged to the winter season. Liepaja–Copenhagen is being operated daily except Saturdays, Liepaja–Hamburg – four times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays. One-way tickets from Liepaja to Hamburg start at EUR 7, to Copenhagen at EUR 27 (taxes included).
