- you are responsible for all airport and security taxes;
- during certain periods there is limited availability on flights/hotels/cars awards;
- EuroBonus Member Service agent will ask you for your four-digit Security Code.
Award ticket change - You can change departure date or time in your award ticket up to 1 working day before departure;
- you can cancel your award flight up to 1 working day before departure and valid points will be returned to your account.
- once you have started your award trip, your return journey cannot be changed.
Starting from 01 February 2008 a new SAS Group Award Chart is launched for airBaltic, Blue1, Estonian Air, SAS and Wideroe airlines. Now EuroBonus members have possibility to combine the above carriers in one through award ticket.
The amount of points needed for point-to-point ticket stays the same but for travel in transit is cheaper. If you want to change an already existing award booking and to get the new lower award price: - Cancel the original booking (by this you can lose your confirmed seat on the flight as well as lose expired points);
- Create a new award booking.
A change cannot be made if the bonus trip has commenced.
