airBaltic.com gets an upgrade

In order to make its acclaimed Internet Booking Engine and online check-in system even easier to use, airBaltic redesigned and upgraded it in late 2007. With a new layout, new colours and fresh design, it makes the whole process of buying a ticket and checking in online simpler and quicker.

Responding to customer feedback, one of the key improvements is a repositioning of outward and return flight details so that no scrolling of the page is necessary.

As well as improving the site’s appearance and functionality, it also includes an enhanced Frequently Asked Questions providing comprehensive explanations to clear up any queries, and quicker access to the online check-in facility.

While visiting airBaltic.com, you might also like to examine the interactive map, complete with clear arrows enabling you to see the whole network at a glance.

And don’t forget that it’s well worthwhile to become a registered customer of airBaltic.com. Once you’ve entered your email and password details, the system will store them to save you time next time you book.
