The idea is that for the duration of the month, people using the services of participating companies can judge how they are treated and the overall attitude of the staff they encounter. At the end of the campaign, a list of the top 10 service companies will be announced in each of the Baltic countries – Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. airBaltic decided to join in because customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business. We think we do pretty well taking care of our clients – but instead of just talking about it, this competition gives us the chance to prove it. Just as importantly, we can also see how we measure up to other companies in the Baltic states.
