The home page now lets customers log into their private customer account or corporate account straight away to give quick access to booking information and online check-in services. The new functionality has proved popular, but we are not resting on our laurels and are working on further upgrades such as information about bookings coming from other sources and the possibility to re-book flights already booked on airBaltic.com. We’ve done our best to make it all as simple as possible, but if you have any uncertainty please don’t hesitate to check the information available via the button and the "Frequently asked questions about airBaltic.com" page. You will find a link to this page at the bottom of airBaltic.com webpages. In the "Information for passengers" section you can find numerous useful travel tips but if you still can’t find what you are after, please contact our call centre, ticket offices or representatives in your country. One small but important new service concerns our e-tickets. They are available to use on many routes and connections, but for itineraries originating outside Latvia and Lithuania where an e-ticket isn’t available we will now deliver your paper ticket to you by mail free of charge. |
