Volume Ticket e-Vouchers conditions

• Volume Ticket e-Vouchers codes must be exchanged for real tickets within 30 or 120 days from purchase date and it can be done on airBaltic.com only.
• They are valid for travel 30 or 120 days from purchase date for direct flights on routes Riga - Stockholm, Helsinki, Tampere, Tallinn, Vilnius; and Vilnius - Riga, Tallinn, Helsinki, Stockholm.
• One e-Voucher code can be exchanged for one-way ticket in economy class for one passenger. To book roundtrip for one passenger two e-Voucher codes need to be entered.
• Passenger name change is free of charge and it can be done by sending application to e-mail: reservations@airbaltic.com, or by calling 90001100 (within Latvia only at LVL 0.35 per minute), or in any of airBaltic ticket offices.
• Rebooking is possible before and after departure (if you have not traveled, but only during validity period of e-Voucher) only if seats in specific booking class (V-class) are available. Rebooking can be done by sending application to e-mail: reservations@airbaltic.com, or by calling 90001100 (within Latvia only at LVL 0.35 per minute), or in any of airBaltic ticket offices without additional payment.
• You can change routing (within Volume tickets routes) also after you have exchanged e-Voucher codes to flight ticket, and also after departure (if you have not traveled, but only during validity period of e-Voucher). It can be done by sending application to e-mail: reservations@airbaltic.com, or by calling 90001100 (within Latvia only at LVL 0.35 per minute), or in any of airBaltic ticket offices without additional payment.
• Baggage fee is not included in price. You will be able to pay for baggage during booking process.
