BalticCargo joins the brand
   
In another important strategic move, airBaltic has acquired full ownership of a cargo handling business at Riga International Airport, and will operate it under a new BalticCargo brand.

Latvia is currently the fastest-growing passenger aviation market in the EU and airBaltic believes the cargo market has the potential to grow in a similar fashion, given Riga's favourable location and the airport's expanding network of flights.

BalticCargo offers a full spectrum of cargo handling services for passenger and freight aircraft, as well as modern cargo handling facilities with the capability of handling large aircraft such as Boeing 747 freighters.
