Meals

Mārtiņš Rītiņš, celebrity chef of Vincents restaurant in Riga, has served his cuisine for the famous elite, including Queen Elisabeth II and Prince Charles of Great Britain, King Juan Carlos of Spain, Paco Rabanne, Pierre Carden, Montserrat Caballe, Jose Carreras, and Sir Elton John.

Business class

On all airBaltic flights Business class passengers are invited to enjoy a complimentary full meal service including a starter, hot meal, dessert (except flights shorter than 1 hour where snacks are served instead) and a wide range of soft and alcoholic drinks.

On flights lasting longer than 3 hours we offer a double service – first off, a full hot meal with beverages, followed later with a snack consisting of coffee or tea and a small dessert. On night flights with early morning arrival, we provide a "wake-up" service with tea or coffee and a light breakfast.

Special Easter menu

This Easter week our chefs are serving up an extra special menu featuring a selection of classic spring dishes – quail egg appetizers, Latvian lamb chop, paskha in rhubarb sauce and fresh country greens.

Slow food prepared by star chef

Our current Business class menu was created by star chef Mārtiņš Rītiņš of Riga's acclaimed Vincents restaurant. A believer in only the finest organic ingredients from local Latvian farmers and eco-conscious producers, Martins brings you the taste of "Slow Food" in a perfect blend of delicious, healthful eating.

Economy class

Economy class passengers are welcome to purchase from a selection of snacks, hot meals (on flights more than 1 h 30 min) and
beverages from the on board menu cards. To save money and time preorder your meal before the flight either at the airBaltic website
or ticket offices at least 24 hours before your flight departs. This will also guarantee that your choice will be available and you'll be
served first.
