After entering booking reference and family name you will be able to:

• view all your booking details;
• add BAGGAGE and SPORTS EQUIPMENT to your booking;
• REQUEST A SEAT for your flight (up to 48h prior to flight departure);
• PRE-ORDER MEAL (see pre-order menu) (up to 24h prior to flight departure);
• buy AIRPORT EXPRESS tickets (if travelling from/to Riga);
• make a CAR RENTAL request (if traveling to Riga, Vilnius, Tallinn, Palanga, Kaunas, Helsinki, Oulu and Lappeenranta);
• reprint your booking confirmation;
• pay for the itinerary in case of partial payment.

• provided booking reference and family name of the first passenger is incorrect;
• it’s a group booking (more than 10 passengers).

If for any technical reason you still cannot open your booking or purchasing additional services fails you can always request additional services using our online payment form, pay for additional baggage here, pre-order your meal here and buy Airport Express tickets here.

In order to CHANGE YOUR FLIGHT TIME and/or DATE you will have to use online payment request form.

• Online check-in and mobile check-in is available starting from 72 hours up to 1 hour prior to departure.
• Checking-in at the airport costs EUR 10 per passenger per direction.
• Online & mobile check-in for inbound and outbound flights at once, is available only if there is less than 24 hours between flights.
• If you want to check-in your bags, leave them at baggage drop-off counter in Riga airport or Economy class check-in counter in other airports free of charge.
• Online and mobile check-in is available on most of airBaltic routes, please, check the list of destinations here.
• Passengers checking-in at destinations where online check-in and mobile check-in is not available or who are exempt from the fee can always check in at the airport free of charge.
