For only EUR 10 non-refundable fee per passenger per each flight segment you can purchase possibility to get refund of your ticket (flight + taxes + surcharge) in case of acute illness on the day of departure. Please note that all other services purchased together with your ticket still remain non-refundable except hotel reservation and car rental, although first hotel night fee for hotel bookings and first day car rental fee for car rentals will be deducted from refund amount. Cancelling travel in case of sickness service isn't available for residents of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Finland, Italy, Spain, France, Belgium, Ireland and the Netherlands, for whom it is possible to purchase Mondial Travel Insurance. The cancellation has to be done PRIOR to the confirmed time of your flight departure which is on your booking confirmation! Flight cancellation request has to be sent to reservations@airbaltic.com e-mail. Afterwards you are required to send a doctor's certificate confirming your illness on the day of departure (we accept doctor certificates in following languages only: Latvian, Lithuanian, English, Russian, German) and printout of your booking confirmation to:
