On-Time Arrival Guarantee

You will get a guaranteed refund of the ticket price (including fare and fuel surcharge) if we deliver you to your final destination more than 1 hour later than promised on your ticket and a double refund of the ticket price (including fare and fuel surcharge) if there is only one non-stop flight per one way.
Valid reasons for receiving a Travel e-Voucher exclude bad weather conditions at departure and/or arrival airport (runway is closed), terrorism, war and industrial action (e.g. strike).
If a flight with a On-Time Arrival Guarantee is rebooked or there is a schedule change then the warranty is transferred to the new flight except in cases when rebooking is on to another carrier. In this case the warranty will be fully refunded.
Passengers having purchased the On-Time Arrival Guarantee service may apply for a Travel e-Voucher by submitting a request to reservations@airbaltic.com within a 21 day period of the original travel date. Requests must be submitted from the same e-mail address which was used for booking the flight ticket. Requests from e-mail addresses other than the one used for booking the flight will not be accepted. All e-mail requests should include the original flight booking Invoice received from airBaltic as an attachment.
Travel e-Voucher will be sent back by e-mail in PDF file format and will include a code which customers will have to enter when booking their next flight with airBaltic. Travel e-Voucher can be used only once. Travel e-Voucher can be used as the sole means of payment or as part payment for a larger total sum. If the Travel e-Voucher’s amount is greater than next booking’s total payment amount, then difference is lost.
If there is more than one passenger per booking, Travel e-Voucher can be issued to the main passenger name on the booking only or as separate Travel e-Vouchers – one for each passenger. Customers must specify what type of Travel e-Voucher is preferred when sending a request – one Travel e-Voucher for the main passenger or separate Travel e-Vouchers for each passenger on the booking. In all cases passengers in whose name a Travel e-Voucher is issued should be one of the passengers when booking the next flight.
Travel e-Vouchers must be redeemed within 3 months since it’s issue date. Flight dates however must be within 12 month period since Travel e-Voucher’s issue date.

The given prices and information disregards any information published previously and is a subject to amendments or cancellation taken unilaterally by airBaltic.
