EuroBonus is your frequent flyer program that unlocks a world of privileges and awards on airBaltic, SAS Group airlines, Star Alliance airlines, hotels, car rental companies and other partners.

No age limit to join EuroBonus

EuroBonus membership is free of charge and is opened to any person.

• Join on-line

Young persons between 0-17 years of age must have their parents/guardians permission before registering on-line.

Once you do join:

• Your individual EuroBonus account will be created
• You will start earning points immediately (always quote your membership number)
• You will receive your personal four-digit PIN code after a few days
• Young member’s PIN code will be forwarded in a letter directed to the parent/guardian
• Parent or guardian responsible for child, is responsible for young member’s PIN code
• You will receive your permanent EuroBonus card shortly after the PIN code

In the program:

• Earn EuroBonus points when you fly, staying in hotels, renting a car
• Earn more points as a Business class passenger and as a Gold or Silver level member
• Use points for award tickets, hotel stays, rent a car and other special offers
• Use points for yourself, for your friends and family
• Receive discounts offered by the program’s partners
• Receive privileges and special service as a Gold or Silver level member
• Receive information about EuroBonus program and special offers

Subscribe now and receive e-mails with EuroBonus special offers, EuroBonus news and your personalized EuroBonus e-statements*.

* Providing that you have a new activity registered, your statement will be sent in February, May, September and November.

Check your point balance on-line at any time

Log-in to your EuroBonus user profile and:

• Check your activities such as flights, car rentals and hotel stays
• Check your membership level status
• Check how many points you have earned* and redeemed
• Check when your points are expiring
• Make a request for missing points  

* Points are usually credited within 1-3 weeks, but points earned with partners may take longer.

Please remember your PIN code, username and password

• You need PIN code when you contact EuroBonus member service or customer support
• You need PIN code when you create EuroBonus user profile
• You will use username and password when you login to your EuroBonus user profile
• You need username to request new password on-line
