If you are interested in the Flexibility Reward Option (FRO), here is how it works

• Visit www.optiontown.com, select the Flexibility Reward Option tab and enter your booking reference number along with the last name and email id
• Indicate whether your degree of flexibility allows you to take an alternative flight the same day or up to fourteen days after your currently scheduled travel date(s)
• Select an alternative flight (FRO Flight) that fits your travel plans from the list of flights displayed to you
• You will be notified via email if Optiontown has moved you to your selected alternative flight (FRO Flight) or not. You may choose to receive your flight notification either one (1) day or three (3) days before the departure of original or FRO Flight (whichever is earlier).
• Earn up to EUR 5 per one-way just for signing up for FRO, even if your originally booked flights do not change
• Earn up to EUR 100 per one-way, if Optiontown moves you to your selected FRO Flight

Important: Only once you have confirmed your choice of alternative flights (FRO Flights), may Optiontown and airBaltic choose to move you to one of those alternative flights. A notification will be sent by email on or before the notification deadline date you selected.

• Enter your PNR code/booking reference, last name and e-mail address to retrieve your booking.
• Select the flight you want upgraded.
• Pay a small Sign-up price (approx. EUR 3) and a nominal additional Upgrade price** (in this way saving up to 75% when compared to regular airBaltic Business class fares!) 
• You will receive an e-mail prior to your departure notifying you if your upgrade was successful. If it was not possible to upgrade you for your flight, the Upgrade price is fully and automatically refunded.
