Group tickets

Please use this form to apply for group ticket in case there are 10 or more people travelling together. Replying to your request we will provide you with further information regarding group bookings. Please note that request should be submitted at least 3 days before journey. Your request will be processed within 2 working days. Special offers do not apply to group fares.

If you’re travelling in a company of 6, get a 30% discount off Business class net fare. Included, you’ll also get access to the Business lounge, in-flight entertainment, fast security track, and check-in up to 3 bags. Plus, receive 30% more miles than in regular Business class.

On internet you can apply for group ticket on airBaltic direct routes only. Please contact us in case you want to travel to other city.

Group booking service fee EUR 15 per passenger.

You can pay for group ticket:

• online;
• in our ticket offices in Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius and Berlin;
• with transfer.

In our ticket offices in Riga, Vilnius and Klaipeda you can pay for group booking (in cash or with transfer) only in case journey starts from Riga or Vilnius. In our ticket office in Berlin you can pay for group booking (in cash or with transfer) only in case journey starts from airports in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Otherwise you have to pay online.

Please note that group tickets are nonrefundable and changes are not permitted as well.

In order to submit your charter flight request, please, contact charter flights sales manager Ms Ilze Ruse by e-mail charter@airbaltic.com. Charter flight - specific ordered flight with acceptable routing and time for the customer.
