Hot meal: For groups with 25 passengers and more for flights less than 2 hours long only cold meal pre-order is possible.
Date change: permitted (fare differnece collected).
Name changes: Allowed, before ticketing free of charge, after ticketing fee 10.00 EUR / 7.00 LVL.
Deadlines for Names: Full passenger name list is required 2 days prior departure, if not instructed otherwise by airBaltic.
Travelling with child & infants: For a child (2-11 years) charge 75% of the net (without fees and taxes) fare. Infant (0-2) charge is 10% of the net fare.
Deposit deadline and amount is set according group size and flight demand. Deposit payment is not refunded in case of group cancellation for booked flights.
Ticketing/ Payment: Non-refundable full payment must be received 30 days before departure.
Baggage regulations: Each passenger is allowed 1 piece of checked baggage with total weight up to 20kg. Each passenger is allowed 1 piece of hand baggage with an 8 kg weight limit. The overall dimensions of hand baggage may not exceed 55x40x20 cm.
Increasing: group increase is possible, but added seats could possibly be at a higher price than that for the main group.
Decreasing: it is only possible to make a group reduction before final payment has been made. Group size may be decreased by 20% free of charge. Decreased group must still consist of a minimum of 10 passengers.
Cancellation: Deposit and balance payment will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
Payment: Group ticket payment can be made on-line (credit cards accepted only) or by transfer - administration fee EUR 19.00 will be included additionally in the invoice. We accept payment in LVL or EUR only.
