Now Economy class passengers can pre-order hot meals to be served during the flight. Choose the gourmet season meals, save the money and be served first!  You can pre-order meals for the flights to and from Riga and Vilnius.
Meal pre-order service IS NOT AVAILABLE on the following routes: Riga - Vilnius, Tallinn, Palanga, Rovaniemi, Tampere, Turku, Kuopio, Kuusamo, Visby, Lulea, Kaunas, Tartu, Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Lappeenranta, Kaliningrad, St. Petersburg, Minsk and Vilnius - Riga, Tallinn. Service is also not available if flight makes an en-route stop in Turku. How to pre-order the meals?
1. It is easy to add meals when you make your booking. It is possible to book the meals together with your ticket at least 24 hours prior the departure! 2. Add meals after you have made your booking. You can add meals to your booking up to 3 days before your departure. If you have already booked your ticket you can add pre-order the meals via this page. 3. Visit our ticket offices. Please note:
• Once a meal has been booked it can not be removed from the booking and payment can not be refunded;
• If there is more than one passenger in booking, meal for each passenger should be ordered separately;
• After successful payment you will receive a confirmation message to your given e-mail address with an invoice attached. Please note that you will need a printed invoice in order to receive your pre-ordered meal!
• If flight date is changed, your meal will still be provided, but it may be of another sort, if at that time the menu has been changed
• If your flight is cancelled, payment for the meal will be refunded together with all other payments.
• Unfortunately, for passengers with food allergies, we cannot guarantee ingredients (such as peanuts or peanut derivatives) will be excluded from our catering.
We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and VISA Virtual payment cards if the issuing bank of your card has permitted usage of the card for payments through the Internet. VISA Electron and Maestro cards are accepted as well but only if issued by Latvian banks.
