Hotel booking together with flight ticket

airBaltic offers special hotel deals for airBaltic customers together with flight tickets. Hotel deals are offered in cooperation with a leading hotel provider and our best selected partners. Depending on the offer you can choose standard or superior as well as single, double or twin room. In certain hotels even triple rooms are offered. Hotel description including photos is available next to each hotel offer at the third booking step. All hotel bookings are confirmed. Please pay attention to meal plan included in your room rate. Some hotels offer room only and breakfast have to be paid separately at the hotel. Please be informed that hotel might request credit card upon check-in to guarantee other purchases during your stay in hotel.

Hotel cancellation policy
In case your plans change (you cancel your travel or change flight date), please contact us to cancel hotel booking and we will refund your payment for hotel in accordance with cancellation rules for each particular hotel. Please check cancellation policy before final booking. All cancellations are based on UK time - GMT or GMT+1 hour for summer period (25.3.2012 - 28.10.2012 / 31.3.2013 - 27.10.2013). Kindly note, that you may cancel only hotel booking, changes and new hotel bookings for these special offers are not available.

Please note that in case of cancellation you will be liable to pay hotel cancellation fees based on the departure date of your trip, hotel policies and date you initiate changes and additionally the administration fee of EUR 35 per booking.
If you need any help or assistance during booking process, with your existing booking or you wish to cancel your hotel reservation you can contact airBaltic daily from 09:00 till 18:00 (Latvian time). IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
After successful payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your booking and a hotel voucher. Please print out the voucher and take it with you. You will have to present the voucher upon check-in at the hotel. If you do not present the voucher, you may be charged again or hotel may refuse to check you in and provide you the service.
