You will never find tickets for airBaltic flights at cheaper prices than at airBaltic.com – and that's a promise!That's because if you ever see a cheaper fare advertised for the same route, airBaltic flight number, date and class of service, and for the same number and type of passengers within 24 hours of ticket purchase at airBaltic.com, we will refund the difference! Terms & Conditions Lowest fares are guaranteed when purchasing airBaltic operated flights under airBaltic (BT) flight number online at airBaltic.com. Any journey involving flights operated by other airlines or airBaltic flights under other airline flight number is excluded. Guaranteed lowest fare consists of flight fare, airport taxes and surcharge. All other fees are excluded from Lowest fare guarantee. The Lowest fare guarantee is applicable only to the original booking made. Any subsequent changes to booking cancel the Lowest fare guarantee promise. If somewhere else other than at airBaltic.com a cheaper fare (bookable and not visible only!) is found than the one already purchased at airBaltic.com fare difference refund claim must be submitted. Refund claims are accepted via e-mail reservations@airbaltic.com ONLY and no later than midnight Riga time on the same day the flight purchase is made at airBaltic.com. Claim submitted via other channels and/or later will not be processed. airBaltic is not responsible for requests not received in time due to technical faults (e.g. internet connection). Refund claims must contain following information: - booking confirmation e-mail and Invoice received after booking ticket at airBaltic.com;
- for online bookings - screenshot(s) of website with lower fare than booked at airBaltic.com containing fare details, route, flight number, date and class of service as well as number and type of passengers and time when screenshot was taken;
- for travel agency bookings - printout from reservation system of priced itinerary which is stamped and signed by travel agent with date and time of booking;
- terms and conditions of cheaper fare.
Only claims with full information required will be processed. And only one claim per booking will be accepted. Refund will be denied if lower fare: - is offered under promotion with any third party;
- is not available to general public (these include, but are not limited to, corporate discount fares, staff fares, consolidator fares, wholesaler fares, student fares, closed user group fares and fares where the carrier details are not known until after the purchase);
- has been discounted by the retailer by use of coupons, loyalty rewards, redemption of frequent flyer miles or similar and other offers or incentives to reduce the total cost;
- is part of travel package fare.
airBaltic reserves the right to verify evidence of lowest fare provided. If airBaltic, in good faith and on reasonable grounds, is unable to verify that the lowest fare is available within 24 hours after claim is submitted, airBaltic reserves the rights to deny refund. Fare difference refund will be given in form of a Gift voucher and will be sent in PDF file format to the same e-mail which was used for booking ticket at airBaltic.com. This Gift voucher then can be used when booking the next flight at airBaltic.com as the sole mean of payment or as part of payment for a larger total sum. Person in whose name the Gift voucher is issued should be one of the passengers. If the Gift voucher's amount is greater than next booking’s total payment amount, then difference will be lost. Gift voucher must be redeemed within 3 months of issue date. Flight dates however must be within a 12 month period of Gift voucher issue date. airBaltic reserves the right to terminate or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. |
