You could not open your booking through Manage booking service or purchasing meal failed? Feel free to preorder meal here. Just please take into account that this particular service is available just up to 3 days before departure. If there are less days left, please contact our ticket offices.

Please note:
• You can pre-order meals only to and from Riga and Vilnius;
• Meal can be pre-ordered only for flights operated by airBaltic;
• Hot meals are available on flights lasting more than one hour and 30 minutes. On other flights there is only cold meal available;
• Depending on the type of aircraft, a hot meal may be replaced with a cold meal of the same value;
• Once a meal has been booked it can not be removed from the booking and payment can not be refunded;
• If there is more than one passenger in booking, meal for each passenger should be ordered separately;
• After successful payment you will receive a confirmation message to your given e-mail address with an invoice attached. Please note that you will need a printed invoice in order to receive your pre-ordered meal!
• If flight date is changed, your meal will still be provided, but it may be of another sort, if at that time the menu has been changed.
• If your flight is cancelled, payment for the meal will be refunded together with all other payments.
• Unfortunately, for passengers with food allergies, we cannot guarantee ingredients (such as peanuts or peanut derivatives) will be excluded from our catering.

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and VISA Virtual payment cards if the issuing bank of your card has permitted usage of the card for payments through the Internet. VISA Electron and Maestro cards are accepted as well but only if issued by Latvian banks.
