Please use this form to pay for airBaltic services ordered at airBaltic.com or ticket booked in our ticket offices or through reservations phone.
You can use this form to apply for flight date(-s)/time change and/or passenger name change, or to pay for sports equipment, hot meal, hotel rebooking, car rental rebooking, unaccompanied minor service, pet transportation.
After submitting your request within 4 hours (weekdays 08:00-20:00 / weekends and public holidays 09:00-18:00 Riga time) you will receive an e-mail with payment link and payment instructions. Please note that you will need to pay for your request within 48 hours since receiving that e-mail! If there are less than 48 hours till your flight, you will have to pay for your request in a time period, which will be indicated when you receive the payment link.
ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED AND SERVICED NOT LATER THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE FLIGHT DEPARTURE.
EXCEPTIONS:
- FOR MEAL NOT LATER THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE FLIGHT DEPARTURE;
- PAYING EXTRA 10 EUR FEE PER BOOKING PASSANGER’S NAME AND/OR FAMILY NAME CHANGE AND FLIGHT DATE(-S)/TIME CHANGE REQUESTS ARE ACCEPTED UP TO 3 HOURS BEFORE FLIGHT DEPARTURE.
Please take into account, payment for passenger name change, sports equipment, hot meal, hotel rebooking, car rental rebooking, unaccompanied minor service and pet transportation is not refundable.
We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, VISA Virtual payment cards if the issuing bank of your card has permitted usage of the card for payments through the Internet, VISA Electron and Maestro cards are accepted as well if only issued by Latvian banks.
    
Please note!
A non-refundable transaction fee of 2% of total order value, but not more than EUR 5 will be applied to cover costs associated with processing and delivery of your order and secure payment.
