Please use this form if you want to pay via internet for ticket booked in our ticket offices or through reservations phone.

You can use this form to apply for flight date(-s)/time change and/or passenger name change, or to pay for sports equipment, hot meal, hotel rebooking, car rental rebooking, unaccompanied minor service and pet transportation.

After submitting your request within 4 hours (during normal working hours) you will receive an e-mail with payment link and payment instructions. Please note that you will need to pay for your request within 48 hours since receiving that e-mail!

ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED AND SERVICED NOT LATER THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE FLIGHT DEPARTURE.

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, VISA Virtual payment cards if the issuing bank of your card has permitted usage of the card for payments through the Internet, VISA Electron and Maestro cards are accepted as well if only issued by Latvian banks.
