On airBaltic flights there is baggage fee in place. If you haven’t paid for your baggage or plan to have more checked-in baggage on your flight than you have paid for please use Manage booking or this form.

For each piece of baggage at airBaltic.com you will have to pay EUR 20 per one way of travel (EUR 30 at the airport).

Total baggage weight limits are as follows:

  • 1 bag - 20 kg
  • 2 bags - 25 kg
  • 3 bags - 30 kg
  • 4 bags - 35 kg
  • 5 bags - 40 kg

If you take baggage with a weight above your allowance you will have to pay an extra charge. If your checked-in baggage exceeds pieces and weight allowed both fees will be applied simultaneously. Extra weight fees are collected at airBaltic ticket offices only. Baggage allowance for several passengers (e.g. family) does not sum up, e.g. there isn't a total 60kg allowance for three passengers but 20kg for each. Exception: one adult + infant baggage may be pooled.

If you want to pay for sports equipment please use online payments form.

After successful payment you will receive a confirmation message to your e-mail address with an invoice attached. Please note that you will need your printed invoice with you to successfully register your baggage at the airport!

We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and VISA Virtual payment cards if the issuing bank of your card has permitted usage of the card for payments through the Internet. VISA Electron and Maestro cards are accepted as well but only if issued by Latvian banks.
