Passengers can purchase Priority Check-In during booking through www.airbaltic.com for regular EUR 14.99 fee per passenger for each one-way travel. Priority Check-in is available also in airBaltic ticket offices!
Children and Infants are included free of charge if Priority Check-In is purchased for the accompanying adult passenger in the reservation.
For Business class travellers and for BalticMiles VIP and Executive members this service is free of charge.
Purchase of Priority Check-In allows the passenger to use the business counter to conveniently check in for the flight.
To take advantage of this service, customers must print out their itinerary as proof of purchase before arrival at the airport and show it to the ticketing agent at the business desk. If the passenger is unable to provide the agent with a printed itinerary or proof that he/she has purchased Priority Check-In then the agent may refuse to check in the passenger at the business counter and has the right to redirect the passenger to the economy check-in counter.
Passengers must queue at the business desk and do not have the right to check in before business class passengers.
airBaltic does not guarantee that the wait in the business line will be shorter then at the economy counter. The purchase of Priority Check-In gives the passenger the right to choose which check-in desk he would prefer but not the right to check-in before other passengers who are in queue ahead of the passenger.
The purchase of Priority Check-In service does not entitle the passenger to use the fast track lane at the airport or to use any other services associated with a business class ticket.
If a business counter is not open but the option for priority check in has been purchased for a particular airport then the passenger is entitled to receive a compensation. To claim this compensation a customer must submit a written request to airBaltic no later than 21 days after the travel. airBaltic shall not be liable for any claims or compensation after this deadline has passed.
airBaltic shall not pay any compensation or refund the purchase for this product if a business counter is available during check in but the passenger opts not to exercise his right to use the business class check-in counter.
Priority Check-In fee is non-refundable.

The given prices and information replaces any information published previously and is a subject to amendments or cancellation taken unilaterally by airBaltic at any time.
