It's easy to keep track of your Points using Account Statement. If you notice that some of your Points are missing, make retroactive claims. * Please note that new members can not register the Points online but only by sending necessary documents to BalticMiles Member Service - info@balticmiles.com. Points for cancelled flights If you are involuntarily re-accommodated from airBaltic to another airline or other means of transport, you may request your Points for your original flight itinerary. No Points will be given for unused, refunded or expired tickets or vouchers. We have automatic online retroactive claims, so if you notice that some of your Points are missing, please login into your account to claim them today. |
