Retro claims

To ensure that you receive Points, be sure to present or quote your personal BalticMiles membership number:

  • when you book your flight;
  • when you check-in for a flight;
  • when you pick up your rental car or check in a hotel;
  • when use BalticMiles partner products and services.

We recommend you to keep boarding pass and copy of ticket

In some cases Points are not accrued automatically to your BalticMiles account even if card was presented to the ticket desk or check-in counter. It's easy to keep track of your Points using Account Statement. If you notice that some of your Points are missing, make retroactive claims. Please retain your documentation (e.g. boarding pass, ticket, car rental or partner invoice) until Points have been credited to your account.

Missing Points?

  • Points can be retroactively recovered within 6 months after the flight date.
  • For newly enrolled members Points can be registered for journeys that took place up to 30 days prior to enrolment, but not later then within 6 months after the flight date*
  • It may take up to three weeks for Points to be successfully credited to your account.
  • Please check your account statement one last time before requesting a retrospective credit.

Register missing Points

  • Make a request for missing Points online from your BalticMiles account (not earlier than 10 days after the flight). After 7 days Points should accrue in your account.

  • Present original boarding pass and a copy of your flight-ticket or e-ticket receipt to airBaltic office. Or send boarding passes together with copy of your e-ticket receipt to info@balticmiles.com. Name, ticket number, flight number, booking class and date must be clearly visible.

* Please note that new members can not register the Points online but only by sending necessary documents to BalticMiles Member Service - info@balticmiles.com.

Points for cancelled flights

If you are involuntarily re-accommodated from airBaltic to another airline or other means of transport, you may request your Points for your original flight itinerary. No Points will be given for unused, refunded or expired tickets or vouchers.

We have automatic online retroactive claims, so if you notice that some of your Points are missing, please login into your account to claim them today.
