Terms and conditions for use of e-vouchers
- Tickets purchased using an e-voucher are subject to the A/S Air Baltic Corporation (reg. no. LV 40003245752) (further airBaltic) conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage, which are available at www.airbaltic.com.
- One e-voucher is valid for one roundtrip flight in Basic class to and from Riga with airBaltic.
- An e-voucher is not a flight ticket. You have to make a flight booking using the e-voucher code at www.airbaltic.com until June 15, 2013, 24:00. Unused e-vouchers will not be valid after this date and cannot be refunded.
- E-vouchers are valid on flights on July 18 and 19, 2013 to Riga and July 22 and 23, 2013 from Riga.
- All airport taxes and service charges are included in the e-voucher price. You do not need a credit card to make the flight booking using an e-voucher.
- Charges for checked-in baggage and other additional services are not included in the e-voucher price.
- Name and date change not allowed.
- Each flight contains a limited number of seats that can be booked using an e-voucher. If on your chosen travel date there are no more e-voucher flights or destinations available, please choose another flight date.
- E-vouchers cannot be used on flights serviced by partner airlines.
- Children with a separate seat need their own e-voucher and no discounts are applied.
- The number of e-vouchers available for sale is limited.
How to use an e-voucher?
- You have received an e-voucher code, which is printed on the cash register receipt and consists of 10 characters (for example, TV6mjQfB7X). This is a unique code and can be used only once in order to make a flight booking at www.airbaltic.com.
- Open www.airbaltic.com. Choose your flight destination and date. In the respective field enter the e-voucher code. If you wish to book flights for several passengers you can use unlimited number of codes in one booking.
- After that press the button
- On the next page you will see the available flights. Please select flights marked with the price 0.00 and symbol to continue the booking.
- On the next page enter the passenger information and select additional services if needed (for example travel insurance, checked-in baggage, hotel etc.).
- If you have chosen additional services, on the next page you will see the payment form. If you have not chosen any additional services on the next page you will receive a booking confirmation.
