Seat request

Seat request is available on selected airBaltic operated flights only. Seat request is available in Basic and Economy class for a Fee. For Business and Economy Flex class travellers and for BalticMiles VIP and Executive members this service is free of charge.
Customers can request seats at airBaltic.com when making a reservation, via manage booking service or at any airBaltic ticket office. The cost of Seat request varies based on which seat is selected and what is the chosen destination.
Seat requests do not have to be purchased at the same time for all customers or all segments. However, if booking on airBaltic.com, when booking is finalized no amendments are possible.
Please note that we will refund you paid amount for requested seat in case if:
-There is an aircraft change and airBaltic is unable to seat you in a suitable alternative seat;
-There is a flight disruption causing you to be moved to another flight and airBaltic is unable to seat you in a suitable alternative seat on your new flight;
-There is a need to reseat the passengers due to aircraft weight and balance reasons.
Each flight segment requires a separate Seat request. For example, one flight segment or non-stop flight (Riga – Barcelona) will require one Seat request fee; a connecting flight with two flight numbers (for example Helsinki – Riga – Barcelona) will require two Seat request fees.
When pre-purchasing Seat request at airBaltic.com at the time of the flight booking, the assigned seat number will appear on the confirmation page and confirmation e-mail.

The given prices and information replaces any information published previously and is a subject to amendments or cancellation taken unilaterally by airBaltic at any time.
