You as a member bear sole responsibility for the use of your points. You can give your friend or family member a free ticket as a gift. Your friends and relatives can travel also without you. It is not possible to combine points from different members` accounts For example, it is not possible to combine points from yours account and account of your friend or family member. In EuroBonus program: infant – between 0-2 years of age, child – between 2-17 years of age, adult – from 18 years of age. Bonus tickets are always roundtrip One-way booking is also available but it requires the same amount of points as a roundtrip. Award flight ticket change - You can change departure date or time in your award ticket up to 1 working day before departure
- You can cancel your award flight up to 1 working day before departure and valid points will be returned to your account
- Once you have started your award trip, your return journey cannot be changed
Points needed for hotel stay Usually 10 000 points per weekend night (Friday-Sunday) and 20 000 points per weekday night (Monday-Thursday). Points needed for car rental You need between 20 000 – 40 000 points for weekend rental with Avis, Hertz and Sixt. And between 60 000 - 80 000 points for one week rent on Sixt.
