airBaltic tickets are available:

 on the Internet

at airBaltic ticket offices and representatives

 in travel agencies

airBaltic offers 3 types of tickets:

E-ticket

What is e-ticket and how to use it?
The electronic ticket or e-ticket gives passengers the possibility to travel without a printed paper ticket. Main advantage of this is that there is no more need for passengers to worry about possible loss of the ticket during the trip. When traveling with e-ticket only a valid passport need to be presented at the check-in desk.

How to be sure that the ticket has been bought?
When buying the ticket on the Internet a ticket reservation number is being shown on the ticket purchase confirmation page on the website and in the confirmation e-mail. This unique number is filed also within the airline’s system. If you have the reservation number you can be sure, that the ticket has been purchased. If you want be absolutely sure to get a seat in the aircraft, we recommend you to arrive in the airport and check-in at least 2 hours before departure. Check-in is mandatory for all passengers, regardless of what kind of ticket (paper or electronic) they have. We recommend also to print out and take with you the ticket purchase confirmation that could be useful, in case there are any problems during the check-in process. When registering for the flight you are welcome to use airBaltic online check-in service. It's fast and simple!

How else one can use the ticket purchase confirmation?
The ticket purchase confirmation can be also used for accounting purposes. This confirmation together with the invoice sent to passenger by e-mail as well as boarding pass(-es) that passenger receives before entering the aircraft can be used as a proof that passenger has used airBaltic services. In order to receive valid invoice please indicate precise information about the payer when buying tickets. Please note – the invoice has to be printed out and delivered to your accounting together with the boarding pass(-es).

How long before my planned flight can I book an e-ticket?
You can book an e-ticket if there is at least 3 hours left till your planned flight.

Paper ticket

If your travel requires paper ticket we kindly ask you to pick it up in ticket office which you selected as ticket pick-up office and later keep an eye on it because reissue of paper ticket is subject of charge and it will cost you EUR 100.
