* Separate tickets are issued on each airBaltic flight segment. If you travel Riga-Vilnius-Riga, for instance, then you will need to use 2 e-Voucher codes. After successful payment during next 2 working days you will receive in your e-mail 20 e-Voucher codes that can afterwards be exchanged for flight tickets to any of the above mentioned routes and assigned to any person you wish. Volume Ticket e-Vouchers conditions - Volume Ticket e-Vouchers codes must be exchanged for real flight tickets within 30 or 120 days from purchase date and it can be done at www.airbaltic.com only.
- They are valid for travel 30 or 120 days from purchase date for flights on routes Riga - Stockholm, Helsinki, Tallinn, Vilnius, Tartu, Tampere, Turku, Kaunas, Palanga (direct airBaltic flights in both directions); Vilnius - Copenhagen, Tallinn, Helsinki, Stockholm, Tartu, Tampere, Turku (direct airBaltic flights and flights via Riga in both directions) and Tallinn – Helsinki, Stockholm, Tampere, Turku, Kaunas, Palanga (flights via Riga in both directions).
- One e-Voucher code can be exchanged for one flight ticket in specific Economy class (V-class). Separate tickets are issued on each airBaltic flight segment. If you travel Riga-Vilnius-Riga, for instance, then you will need to use 2 e-Voucher codes.
- Passenger name change is free of charge and it can be done by sending application to reservations@airbaltic.com, or by calling airBaltic ticketing agents in Riga or Vilnius, or in any of airBaltic ticket offices.
- Rebooking is possible during validity period of e-Voucher code before and after departure if you have not traveled and if seats in specific booking class (V-class) are available. Rebooking can be done by sending application to reservations@airbaltic.com, or by calling airBaltic ticketing agents in Riga or Vilnius, or in any of airBaltic ticket offices without additional payment.
- You can change routing (within Volume tickets routes) during validity period of e-Voucher code also after you have exchanged e-Voucher code to flight ticket, and also after departure if you have not traveled. It can be done by sending application to reservations@airbaltic.com, or by calling airBaltic ticketing agents in Riga or Vilnius, or in any of airBaltic ticket offices without additional payment.
- Baggage fee is not included in price. You will be able to pay for baggage during booking process.
- Any questions regarding obtaining e-Voucher codes and using them you can ask by calling to airBaltic Reservations phones in Riga or Vilnius.
