Mobility and wheelchair assistance
Providing assistance to passengers with reduced mobility is part of our service at airBaltic.
We can help you:
- Get to the aircraft
- Board the aircraft
- Move around the aircraft cabin if required
- Disembark the aircraft
- Transfer between flights.
Personal mobility equipment and guide dogs are carried free of charge.
Please note, we are unable to provide eating assistance and medical services.
To ensure the provision of appropriate assistance before departure, on board the aircraft and upon landing please submit your request for assistance no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure using the form on this page.
We ask you to make sure that the information you have entered is complete and accurate. A representative will be in touch within 24 hours of submission to discuss any further details.
Please note, we do not ask for detailed information on the nature of your impairment, however, the more information you are willing to share, the better we can cater to your specific needs.
This service can only be requested for flights operated by airBaltic.
