Dear Customer,

airBaltic’s five-year business plan Horizon 2021 has shown a strong start. Our new direct routes from the Baltic capitals to Western Europe, launched under the umbrella of this plan, have enjoyed strong appeal with you, our customer. We are very grateful for your choice of flights with our airline. As a result, airBaltic has seen double-digit growth in the number of passengers during the first quarter of this year. Due to this increased travel activity, we can add flights on popular routes and further lower our prices to destinations in Europe and the East.

Those travelling to and from Estonia have welcomed our new direct flights particularly warmly. Estonia is airBaltic’s fastest-growing market, and with 24% more travellers every month from that country, we are committed to offer new convenient links between Tallinn and major hub airports. We sincerely thank our Estonian customers for choosing airBaltic as their home carrier!

Our philosophy of serving the pan-Baltic region went another step further when we decided to order seven additional Bombardier CS300 jets, raising the number of all-new and technologically advanced aircraft in our fleet to 20. The CS300 airliners will improve passenger comfort and convenience, while enabling us to reach further destinations due to the increased capabilities of these new jets, which will enter into service later this year.

Did you know that for the first time in history, airBaltic has linked Amsterdam with direct flights to all three Baltic capitals? Now customers can depart up to four times daily to Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius.

Thank you for flying airBaltic and have a great trip!
