Our summer of setting records has concluded. For three months in a row, airBaltic achieved its highest revenue as well as the greatest number of passengers carried in its history. This would not have been possible without the addition of seven brand-new Bombardier CS300 aircraft, which have been performing beyond our expectations. Now we need to focus on our future, increasing our passenger service to new heights as well as making our flight schedule more versatile and convenient. After all, without high satisfaction rates among our passengers, there would not be an airline we can all be proud of.
In late October, we will finally launch our much-anticipated flights to Abu Dhabi. In codeshare partnership with Etihad Airways, the flight will offer very convenient connections to many destinations in Australia and Asia. In addition, this winter we will continue flying to Geneva, Tampere, and Gothenburg and reintroduce the popular skiing destinations of Salzburg, Verona, and Poprad in the High Tatra Mountains. We will also significantly improve our service by increasing the frequency of flights from Riga to London, Hamburg, and Prague. I hope you will enjoy your time in Riga, if you are travelling to our home base, or in any other of our destinations in Europe, Scandinavia, the CIS, and the Middle East.
Hope to see you on board again soon!
