Sales executives are responsible for visiting travel agents and corporate customers as well as numerous other duties. They host meetings and negotiations, give presentations, seminars and workshops; actively participate in travel exhibitions and prepare and distribute company newsletters. Executive sales managers' activities are targeted to increase corporate sales in specific high-yield booking classes, as well as increase sales among travel agents. Sales managers are responsible for raising market awareness about specific products such as airBaltic's corporate programme, block-booking agreements, groups bookings (including special sport group deals).
