Inflight Service

Main goal of In-flight Service Division is to provide an excellent service on board for airBaltic passengers either business or economy class based on efficient in-flight service organizational processes, close cooperation with cabin crew and encouragement of “we care” philosophy. In-flight Service people are responsible for planning, implementation and ensuring passengers with service on board –Business class full service, Buy on Board for economy class, Sky shop; coordination and supervision of catering in base and outstations; planning and supervision of in-flight service related loadings; supervision and evaluation of service quality on board; monitoring and control of the quality of meals and other products; planning of crew meals menu; introduction of new products and new services provided on board; planning and execution of Cabin crew service and sales training programs; supervision and development of in-flight service standards and procedures, service manual updates.
