What is Manage my booking?
Manage my booking lets you access your booking prior to departure so you can double check the details: baggage allowances, flight departure times, meal information and more.

Manage my booking cannot be used to change the date and/or time of your flight. For this, please use our online payment form.
Please note! If the booking has been modified through a sales channel other than airBaltic.com, some of the booking details, such as the number of registered bags or the total baggage weight allowance might show up incorrectly; in this case, please contact us at +371 67006006 to clarify your booking details.
How do I use Manage my booking?
To access your booking, simply enter your booking reference and surname or your ticket number. The booking reference is 6 characters long and consists of letters and/or numbers only, while the ticket number consists of 3 + 10 digits, separated by a hyphen. Please ensure that the booking reference and surname or the ticket number you have entered match those in your booking confirmation.
Passengers travelling on a group ticket (G class) will not be able to access Manage my booking.
