Infants:
Infants under 2 years of age without a seat receive a 90% discount on fares (excluding airport taxes and surcharges). When buying a roundtrip ticket, please make sure that infant will still be under 2 years of age on the date of the return flight. Otherwise, please, buy separate tickets for the outbound and return journeys.
An infant must be accompanied by an adult and the adult must be at least 16 years of age to be able to accompany an infant. One adult can accompany only one infant.
If you book an infant ticket he/she will not have his/her own seat on board. However, if you need a separate seat for your baby, please book the applicable child's fare.
Please note that on flights operated by Bombardier Q400 aircraft we accept no more than 6 infants and on flights operated by Boeing aircraft we accept no more than 10 infants.
Child/infant car type seats or other restraint systems aren't authorized for use on airBaltic flights.
Children:
Children aged 2-11 (including) receive a 25% discount on fares. When buying a roundtrip ticket, please make sure that the child will still be under 12 years of age on the date of the return flight. Otherwise, please, buy separate tickets for the outbound and return journeys.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 and over or use the unaccompanied minor service if the child is 5 and over. Online, you can only buy tickets for children who will be accompanied.
Adults:
An adult passenger is a traveller aged 12 or over. One adult passenger over the age of 16 may accompany one infant and an unlimited number of children.
One reservation is restricted to 9 passengers (adults and children).
For 10 or more passengers travelling together, submit a group travel request or book separately and include no more than 9 passengers in each booking.
