Submit a claim

Even though the airBaltic team does their best to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible, sometimes things just do not run according to plan. Therefore, we appreciate every comment, compliment, suggestion and even complaint from our customers as it helps us to continuously improve and develop our services.

To submit your inquiry/claim, please choose one of the options listed on the left side.

  • If your baggage has been damaged/lost/delayed, please choose the "I want to submit a baggage claim" button. Your inquiry will be reviewed within 10 working days. For more information, please refer to "Delayed, lost or damaged baggage".
  • If you have experienced any inconveniences due to flight irregularities (e.g. delayed flight, cancelled flight, changed flight departure time etc.) please choose the "I want to submit a flight irregularities claim" button. Your inquiry will be reviewed within 10 working days.
  • In case of any other inquiries or requests (e.g. ticketing or service issues), please choose the "I want to submit another type of claim" button. Your inquiry will be reviewed within 10 working days.
  • In case you have accidentally left your belongings on board our aircraft, please choose the "I left my personal belongings in the aircraft" button. Your inquiry will be reviewed within 3 working days, and our partners will contact you directly to coordinate all further actions.  Please bear in mind that if your personal belongings are found, you will be able to receive them only at Riga airport or via courier services. This is a paid service and you will be charged 15 EUR (or 20 EUR for electronic devices) + 21% VAT + courier fees. Our authorised agents will contact you as soon as possible in order to find the most convenient way to assist you.

If you are submitting a request for reimbursement of expenses, please add original, itemised receipts or their copies.

In case any additional information is required, our agent will contact you using the e-mail address you provided.

Please note that inquiries are not reviewed during national holidays and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
