Assistant to Training Coordinator in airBaltic Training Organization (ATO)
Requirements
- Higher or professional secondary education is required
- Good communication, organizational and administrative work skills
- Ability to be flexible and work in dynamically changing environment
- Fluent in English and Latvian (written and spoken)
- Good computer skills
Duties
- Assist Training Coordinator with publishing and follow up of the training documents for ATO courses
- Keep in order and update documentation folders of the training personnel and students
- Organize and make follow up of the official correspondence on behalf of ATO
- Perform reservation of the training facilities in accordance to training schedule
- Distribute training materials to the students and training personnel
- Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for course participants
- Administrate ATO on-line learning management systems
