How it works
Follow this steps
Paying for your booking
There will be no automatic cash withdrawals from your bank account. To confirm your flight, pay the outstanding balance within the 48-hour period using Manage my booking.
Please note that payment via Manage my booking can only be made using a debit or credit card. Other payment methods are not supported.
If payment is not completed within 48 hours, the booking will be cancelled. The Freeze My Price fee will not be refunded, and the booking cannot be rebooked.
Terms and conditions
- Baggage and other extras can only be added once the booking has been fully paid for, at prices available in Manage my booking.
- Changes can only be made once the booking has been fully paid for.
- The outstanding balance must be paid within 48 hours.
- Freeze My Price cannot be combined with Partial Payment.
- Payment via Manage my booking can only be made using a debit or credit card.
- Freeze My Price is offered on selected airBaltic operated flights only.
- Freeze My Price is available only if there are at least 21 days, or 504 hours, before the scheduled departure.
- Freeze My Price is not available if you choose to pay by e-voucher, except when using a discount e-voucher.
