• During the discount and campaign periods a maximum of five printed gift cards with value up to 500 € and/or electronic gift cards with value up to 1000 € can be purchased by an individual or a company.
• Discounted gift cards are subject to a two-working day activation review period. The company may verify transactions during this period and may decline or reverse redemptions made within this timeframe if misuse or irregular activity is identified.
• The airBaltic gift card can be used as a form of payment for booking flight tickets and services (only together with flight tickets) on airBaltic.com, up to 5 airBaltic gift cards can be used simultaneously.
• The airBaltic gift card can be used as a form of payment for booking flight tickets and services when you contact our call center or airport ticket office, up to 5 airBaltic gift cards can be used simultaneously.
• The airBaltic gift card can be used multiple times until its balance reaches 0.
• If the total amount of purchase exceeds the value of the airBaltic gift card(s) any difference must be paid by debit/credit card.
• airBaltic gift cards are non-refundable.
• If a flight is cancelled or significantly delayed, refunds for airBaltic gift card purchases will be issued as airBaltic gift cards only. Non-refundable charges are excluded, and the refund will follow the original airBaltic gift card terms.
• The airBaltic gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The expiration date of the airBaltic gift card refers to both the redemption period and the travel period.
• The validity of the airBaltic gift card cannot be extended.
• airBaltic gift cards cannot be used in combination with Partial Payment or Freeze My Price. The use of airBaltic gift cards is also not permitted when paying for services via Manage My Booking or during online check-in.
• The airBaltic gift card can be used to book flights for any person, unless the airBaltic gift card states that the recipient must be a passenger or one of the passengers.
• airBaltic gift cards cannot be used in the Corporate booking engine.
• Any further processing of a booking paid partly or in whole by airBaltic gift card will comply with the standard airBaltic fare rules and charges according to the chosen booking class.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the law effective in the Republic of Latvia (Latvian law), thus all disputes arising with respect to the airBaltic gift card or Terms and Conditions shall be solved by applying Latvian law. If parties are not able to reach an amicable settlement of the dispute, the claim must be brought to the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
